Hi Rafaello,

I'll try to renew these licenses next Wednesday, but I can not find
an easy way for this right now, it appears as a discontinued product :-(

Could you use intel/2021a? It seems to be working ok and the problems
you found when I installed it a couple of weeks ago were already solved
and QE should work ok right now when compiling it with this toolchain.
In fact if you have around the tests you did they should work now, it
was a thing of a missing library in the computing nodes.
