[Ecasig11] Microsymposia for ECM29 in Croatia

Dear Colleagues,

We have to suggest a list of Microsymposia for the next ECM, which will
take place in Croatia in 2015. Here is the working version of our
suggestion from SIG-11, and SIGs that may potentially support them:

- High Pressure Solid State Chemistry and Materials Synthesis,
potential support from SIG-12, SIG-3 and SIG-5
- Correlated electron systems under extreme conditions,
potential support from SIG-12 and SIG-3
- Advances in high-pressure methods,
potential support from SIG-6 and SIG-8
- Structural phenomena at high pressures,
potential support from SIG-3
- Hydrogen-rich solids under extreme conditions,
potential support from SIG-13, SIG-12 and SIG-5
- Materials with aperiodic and incommensurate structures at extreme conditions
potential support from SIG-3

The two last MS would require a good support from other SIGs,
in order to get on the final list. Please send your comments: which
ones you like/support the most and any other suggestions.

We preliminary agreed to support a suggestion from SIGs 5 and 4
- New methods and approaches in inorganic crystallography
and from SIG-12
- In situ and in operando crystallography
- (Multi-)Ferrocis and multi-functional Materials: Synthesis,
  Properties and High-pressure Behavior - the final title is not
  yet defined
- Perovskites - the final title is not yet defined
